Rate Schedule

In this industry, there are always a lot of variables when it comes to meeting your specific needs. Here are some common situations and how I have charged for them in the past.

Live Sound

General Rate: $100 for the first hour, each additional hour or 15-minute portion of an hour billed at a rate of $100/hour. (For example, 2 hours and 45 minutes would bill as $275; whereas 45 minutes would be billed as $100)

Travel modifier: If over 30 miles of travel is required (from South Hero), an additional $50 will be billed to the first hour.

Mixing: $100/hour for a one-time event, with discounts available after 4 hours in event length. Each event also bills 1 additional hour for setup and teardown. (For example, a 4-hour long event will be billed for 5 hours)

Mixing for Multiple Occurrences of the Same Event: If the event includes several occurrences, such as a play with multiple performances, a discounted per-event rate can be negotiated.

Consulting: $100/hour for training and consulting. This includes both the time on-site as well as any off-site work or preparation that is required.
